UNFILTERED
Businesses love to talk about scaling.
Scale the ads.
Scale the content.
Scale the team.
Scale the budget.
But almost nobody stops to ask a much less exciting question.
What exactly are you scaling?
If the messaging is weak, scaling just puts more people in front of weak messaging.
If the customer experience is inconsistent, scaling gives more people an inconsistent experience.
If the offer doesn't stand out, scaling introduces more people to something they'll forget five minutes later.
Growth doesn't fix those things.
It amplifies them.
The uncomfortable truth is that you can scale the wrong thing really fucking fast.
And that's exactly why more isn't always better.
Scaling doesn't solve problems. It makes them harder to ignore.
