UNFILTERED
“Nothing is working” usually shows up after a long list of attempts.
→ Different offers.
→ Different messaging.
→ Different content.
→ Different platforms.
On paper, it looks like effort. It looks like someone doing what they’re supposed to do. But most of it hasn’t been held long enough, done consistently enough, or backed by an actual decision.
Why? Because deciding means committing. And committing means you don’t get to change direction the second something feels uncomfortable or uncertain.
So things stay flexible.
Open.
Adjustable.
Which sounds smart until nothing actually sticks.
There’s always another tweak to make. → Another idea to try. → Another version to test.
And that cycle can run for a long time while still feeling productive. But at some point, it stops being thoughtful and starts being avoidant.
Not of effort.
Of decision.
